Garnier Micellar Cleansing wipes RRP $6.99 – Micellar water is tiny balls of cleansing oil suspended in soft water that attracts dirt and oil from the skin without drying the skin. These wipes are perfect if you don’t have access to water or would rather cleanse once without doing a final rinse if you have hard water. These wipes feel very soft on the skin and won’t irritate the eye area. Top pick for normal to dry skin and those that don’t wear heavy makeup.
